FireFox 4 breaks Oracle SSO

I can no longer do SSO on Oracle application servers, using mod_osso with Firefox 4. Some problems with SPNEGO have been "solved", breaking SSO.

Will be investigated, and continued. For now - do NOT move to FF4!
